Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all VX3 tags attached. Please note that personalized or custom teamwear items are non-returnable.
Complete the Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require an exchange for a different size or a refund to your original payment method.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches our team safely.
Processing and Refund
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the gear. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation.
